Return and Refund Policy
We strive to provide a seamless, transparent, and clinically excellent experience for all AllrangeKit customers. Please review our policies below regarding tests, sample collection kits, and telehealth consultations.
1. Tests & Sample Collection Kits
When you purchase an AllrangeKit test, we fulfill your order by dispensing an at-home sample collection kit. We offer a 14-day return policy should you choose not to proceed with your testing. You have 14 days after receiving your collection kit to request a return and refund.
Return Eligibility
Because these kits are medical devices, strict safety standards apply. To be eligible for a refund on your test, the associated sample collection kit must be returned completely unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Used kits or kits with compromised packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances due to biohazard and quality control regulations.
How to Start a Return
- Ensure your kit is unused and within the 14-day window.
- Email us at support@allrangekit.com to request a return authorization.
- If accepted, return label will be issued and sent to your email.
- Ship the item to: OPEN Healthcare, 1487 W 178th St., Gardena, CA 90248.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
2. Telehealth Consultations
To comply with state-specific healthcare regulations and provide you with the best care, we offer two formats of telehealth consultations: Where you select a consultation - called One way (Messaging) and where we/or the telemedicine HCP schedules a consultation that we call Interactive (Video/Phone). If your test result raises a medical concern - such as out of normal ranges, you may request a consultation with an independent telehealth provider to review your results and discuss treatment options (One Way) or you may be contacted by the HCP telemedicine service for a consult (Interactive).
Consultation Refund Eligibility
Two-way Messaging Consultations: Because these consultations do not have a set appointment time, you may cancel and receive a full refund only if your cancellation request is received before the medical provider has initiated the review of your case. Once the medical provider has begun evaluating your results or sent a response, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
Video Consultations: You may cancel or reschedule your interactive, live appointment for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), are strictly non-refundable.
Prescription Policy: Please understand that the consultation fee covers the provider's time, clinical review, and medical expertise. The issuance of a prescription is subject to the independent provider's clinical judgment and state laws. Because a prescription is not a factor in the calculation of the consultation fee, a refund will not be issued if the provider determines that a prescription is not medically appropriate for you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your collection kit upon reception. Contact us immediately if the kit is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately. If an item arrives damaged, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
The Refund Process
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your physical kit return, or processed your consultation cancellation, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return or cancellation, please contact us at support@allrangekit.com.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I opened the collection kit?
No. For clinical safety and regulatory reasons, all collection kits must be entirely unused and in their original, sealed condition to qualify for a test refund. Please contact us to discuss specific situations if your kit arrived defective.
Are telehealth consultations refundable if I don't get a prescription?
No. The consultation fee compensates the medical provider for their time and clinical evaluation of your results. Prescriptions are dispensed solely based on the provider's medical judgment and state regulations, and they cannot be guaranteed.
Who pays for return shipping?
Please use the return label included in your package for approved returns. Specific terms may vary depending on the nature of the return.
Can I cancel my order?
- For Tests: Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can often be canceled before the collection kit ships.
- For Asynchronous (Messaging) Consultations: You must contact us before the provider begins reviewing your case.
- For Synchronous (Video/Phone) Consultations: You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing may take 1-5 additional business days.
