AllrangeKit™​ kits are usually delivered within 2-8 business days after ordering, and within 1-2 business days if you select the expedited shipping option.


Sample Processing Timeline

- Sample processing begins after arrival at the lab, and test results are usually provided as soon as testing is complete.

- After registering for the test, you can check the status and expected result date in real time on the results dashboard.


* Shipping Notes

1) As the courier company may scan the package in advance before delivery, it is recommended to allow at least 2 days between the delivery scan and actual receipt.

2) Recently, delivery delays or abnormal tracking errors may occur due to circumstances with the courier company, so if there is no change in the delivery status for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Support.
