1. At-Home STI Testing Kits
AllrangeKit™ provides at-home collection kits for STI testing. Our current offering includes comprehensive STI testing that screens for 13 different infections using Seegene reagent technology. The Services include:
- Purchase of test collection kits
- Instructions for sample collection
- Prepaid shipping to our partner laboratory
- Laboratory analysis by CLIA-certified labs
- Secure online access to test results
- Clinical support for results interpretation when applicable

THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY ALLRANGEKIT ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND SCREENING PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. 3. ORDERING AND PURCHASE TERMS
3.1 Product Orders
When you place an order:
- You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- You certify that you are authorized to use the payment method
- You acknowledge that all sales are final (except as provided in Section 6)
3.2 Pricing
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice
- Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

4. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
4.2 Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our medical testing products:
- Unopened, unused kits may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
- Opened or used kits cannot be returned
- Kits must be used before the expiration date
- We do not offer refunds for completed tests
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost
5. CLINICAL SERVICES AND TEST AUTHORIZATION
5.1 Clinical Review
All test requests are subject to review and authorization by licensed healthcare providers ("Reviewing Providers") contracted through our clinical partners. Tests will only be processed if authorized by a Reviewing Provider.
5.2 State Restrictions
Some states require physician authorization for laboratory testing. We work with licensed providers in applicable states to ensure compliance with state regulations.
6. SAMPLE COLLECTION AND TESTING
6.1 Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Follow all collection instructions carefully
- Collect samples in a clean, safe environment
- Provide adequate sample volume as instructed
- Return samples promptly using provided shipping materials
- Ensure samples are your own and not from another person
6.2 Testing Limitations
- Improper collection may result in invalid or inaccurate results
- We reserve the right to reject inadequate samples
- No refunds for user error in sample collection
- Testing windows and incubation periods affect accuracy
- False positives and false negatives are possible
7. TEST RESULTS
7.1 Results Delivery
- Results are typically as soon as testing is complete
- Results are delivered through your secure account
- We may attempt to contact you for abnormal results
- You are responsible for checking your results
7.2 Results Interpretation
- Results are for screening purposes only
- Positive results require confirmatory testing
- Results do not constitute a medical diagnosis
- Consult a healthcare provider for treatment decisions
7.3 Results Accuracy
While our partner laboratories maintain high standards, no test is 100% accurate. Factors affecting accuracy include:

8.1 Laboratory Services
Testing is performed by independent, CLIA-certified laboratories. These laboratories are separate entities and we are not responsible for their actions beyond our quality oversight obligations.

Our partner laboratories maintain:

- Appropriate state licenses
- Quality control procedures
- Proficiency testing participation
