Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 3, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Open Healthcare US, Inc. d/b/a AllrangeKit™ ("AllrangeKit™," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on allrangekit.com.
The AllrangeKit iOS and Android apps open this same website inside an app WebView. They are not a separate cookie system. Cookies and local storage in the app are the website's cookies and local storage, running inside the app.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use browser local storage for some features, including your shopping cart and your signed-in session. This policy covers cookies and that local storage.
Why We Use These Technologies
We use them to:
- Keep the site and the in-app website working
- Remember your cookie choices
- Keep you signed in
- Remember test kits in your cart
- Measure advertising visits for 30 days
- Understand site use and deliver advertising, where you allow it
- Send push notifications from the mobile app, where you allow them
Types We Use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work. You cannot turn them off in our cookie settings.
- Sign-in session, stored in local storage on your device, not in a cookie
- Shopping cart, stored in local storage, not in a cookie
- Cookie-choice record (allrangekit_cookie_consent), kept for 6 months
- Advertising-visit record (ark_attr), kept for 30 days, so we can tell which ad brought you to the site
- A short marker that necessary cookies are allowed
Performance and analytics
Optional. These help us see how the site is used.
- In production, the website loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-P34257KZ). Analytics and advertising tags are configured there.
- If you allow analytics in cookie settings, the site can also start Google Analytics when a measurement ID is configured.
- The site does not run its own A/B testing cookies.
Functionality
Optional. If you allow this category, the site stores a marker that functionality cookies are on. The site does not set separate cookies for language, accessibility settings, region, or recently viewed products.
Marketing and advertising
Optional in cookie settings.
- Google Tag Manager can load advertising tags, which may include Google Ads or Meta (Facebook) tags configured in that container.
- The site's own Facebook Pixel and Google Ads scripts run only when those IDs are configured. They are not hard-coded as always-on.
- The site does not load LinkedIn Insights.
The cookie settings page describes these three optional categories: analytics, functionality, and marketing. Necessary cookies stay on.
Website and app behavior
On the public website, Google Tag Manager loads in production when the page loads. The cookie banner still lets you allow or refuse the optional categories the site starts itself.
In the iOS app, tracking also depends on Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- If you do not allow tracking, Google Tag Manager does not load in the app, and the cookie banner is not shown.
- If you allow tracking, the in-app website can load Google Tag Manager, and the cookie banner can be shown.
Android does not use that Apple prompt. The in-app website follows the website cookie behavior.
Push notifications are sent by the app, not by a website cookie. The app provides a device token after you allow notifications. You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe is a payment service. It is not one of the optional cookie categories in the banner, and you cannot opt out of it and still pay by card on the site.
How to Manage Cookies
On the website
Use Your Privacy Choices, the cookie banner, or email support@allrangekit.com.
In the iOS app
Use the tracking permission in iOS Settings for AllrangeKit. You can also use the cookie choices when the banner is shown.
In the Android app
Use the cookie banner and Your Privacy Choices inside the in-app website.
In your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking necessary storage can sign you out or clear your cart.
Do Not Track
The site does not respond to a browser "Do Not Track" signal. Use the cookie choices above, and on iOS use the app tracking permission.
International Visitors
Our services are intended for U.S. residents. If you access the site from outside the United States, information is processed and stored in the United States.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18, including through cookies.
