AllrangeKit™ ("we," "us," or "our") may send you text messages (SMS) related to your laboratory test kit registration, processing, and results. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we handle text message communications and your consent to receive them.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box during kit registration, you expressly consent to receive text messages from AllrangeKit™ regarding:

• Kit registration confirmations
• Sample processing status updates
• Test result availability notifications
• Important account or service updates
• Appointment reminders (if applicable)

What Information We Include

We NEVER include personal health information (PHI) or test results in text messages. Our text messages only contain:

• General status updates ("Your test kit has been received")
• Links to secure portals where you can view detailed information
• Non-specific appointment or deadline reminders
• General service notifications

Managing Your SMS Preferences

You can manage your SMS notification preferences at any time through your AllrangeKit™ account. SMS notifications include kit status updates, test results, and important reminders.

You can change this setting at any time without contacting support. Changes to your SMS preferences will take effect immediately after you save your profile updates.

Opting Out Completely

If you wish to completely opt out of all text messages, you have several options:

• Online: Uncheck "Receive SMS notifications" in your Update Profile page (see instructions above)
• Phone: Call us at +1 (608) 879-8173

Note: Opting out of text messages may mean you miss important updates about your test kit processing and results. You will still receive email notifications and can always check your account online for updates.

Security and Privacy

We take the security of your personal information seriously:

• We never include sensitive health information in text messages
• We use secure, encrypted systems to send messages
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
• All text communications are logged for quality assurance and compliance

Supported Carriers

Our text messaging service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most smaller regional carriers. If you experience issues receiving messages, please contact your carrier or our support team.
